What do I need to secure an apartment?
A completed, approved application plus $50 non-refundable fee. You may download the application found on the “Take A Tour” page and email it to us at schofieldresidences@crminc.us
What services are included?

We provide trash removal, maintenance, and package delivery.

What about parking?
The Schofield residents will have the option to utilize a valet service or if they choose to self-park, a block of spaces is being reserved in a nearby garage for them.
When can I tour?
Tours are by appointment only. Please call 216-706-2287 to arrange yours.
What is your pet policy?
We accept dogs and cats and charge a $250 non-refundable pet deposit along with a monthly pet rent.
What is the security deposit?

We require one month’s rent to secure an apartment.

What amenities are available?
The residents will have the opportunity to experience full service concierge living with room service, housekeeping and valet services available.
Is there any outdoor space available?
There are no balconies in this building but all of the windows are fully functional and do open.
How many units are available for rent?
There are 38 one-bedroom units, 11 two-bedroom units and 3 three-bedroom units.
