Schofield in 1901 and lovingly restored by CRM Companies in 2015, this late-Victorian masterpiece is centrally- located, filled with amenities and boasts some of the best views of downtown. Development Team

The Schofield Residences are proudly developed and managed by CRM Companies.  Based in Cleveland, CRM is committed to the legacy of its home citys downtown having completed several preservation and adaptive reuse projects there. These projects include the Calfee Building, The Seasons at Perk Park, The Ivory on Euclid, and now The Schofield Hotel and Residences. The architect of The Schofield Hotel and Residences, StudioCRM, is known for its crafted modern spaces and dynamic plans that complement todays urban lifestyles.

The Schofield Hotel

The Schofield Residences sit atop The Schofield Hotel – Cleveland’s first true boutique hotel, by Kimpton.  Residents are offered valet parking, room service, housekeeping services, 24 hour state-of-the-art fitness center and all of the welcoming hospitality for which Kimpton is known.
